In this Request For Proposal (RFP), the New Mexico Environment Department's Surface Water Quality Bureau is requesting proposals for the purpose of implementing projects that restore instream ecosystem function and watershed health to major river basins, with emphasis on physical projects.
The total amount of funding available through this RFP is two million, three hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($2,350,000). It is anticipated that up to five projects may be funded through issuance of this RFP. The funding cycle for the projects is up to four years, from FY08-FY11.
Written questions (faxes are acceptable) regarding this RFP are to be submitted by 5:00 P.M. MDT, June 14, 2007 to the Procurement Manager (see above). Please make sure to place the RFP number and project name on any questions submitted to the Surface Water Quality Bureau.
