The recent article in the Rio Grand Sun stated "RECORD SNOW PACK" Rio Chama Basin 152 Percent Above Average, and the Rio Grand River is calling for well above normal water levels. Further the article states. " This year's snowpack content is the largest since 1995 according to the Service."
The graphs below show the water levels on the Rio Ojo Caliente from 1995 thru 2008.

So Just a REMINDER. PREPARE!. The river level shown in most of the Video from last year (2007) were in around 500CFS. This year could be double that given the proper conditions. Look for the rivers throughout the state to be higher than normal. Let's hope for a cool entry into spring to ensure a SLOW, SAFE and uneventful runoff.
Whitewater Boating should be good... Safety is NO ACCIDENT.
